On a personal note:  

Thankfully I have not had any serious medical situations this year…but I have been touched by people in my life who have or are currently dealing with life-threatening health issues.  This year has brought it home to me THAT HEALTH IS EVERYTHING.  We can’t always prevent serious illness or health issues…but I have made a commitment to myself to put my health and wellness at the top of my list.  Without my health I have nothing…I can’t work…I can’t play…I can’t love…I can’t experience my life…I can’t be there for you. My hope is to inspire you to commit more to yourself in 2024.
