Go Slow this Valentine’s Day

I’ve been doing an online restorative yoga class that I purchased on DailyOm (click here if you want to sign up!). Today’s message was about noticing your breath and your body and consciously choosing to GO SLOW. It’s so important to our health and well-being to notice when our body, mind and emotions get caught up in the rat race and to make the choice to slow down and be more present.
